Yes. The Bona Vacantia Division generally accepts claims within 12 years of the date the administration of the estate was completed, and pays interest on the money held. A fully documented claim may still be admitted up to 30 years from the date of death, without interest. Nothing is accepted after 30 years from the date of death.
